The Company is setting up a 5star Hotel property at Ahmedabad under operator agreement with Sarovar Hotel (The largest Hotels Operators in India) and Carlsson for their premier premium brand “Park Plaza”.

The project being set up at a cost of 75 crores shall be a 100 room property to cater to the growing demand of Hotel room for the Mega City of Ahmedabad and is expected to open in April, 2010.
