• In the year 1987, the Group set up M/s Moon Beverages Limited, its flagship company for its beverages business wherein a state of the art bottling plant was installed in agreement with M/s PARLE DRINKS.

• In the Year 1993, with the advent of COCA-COLA and went on to become one of the largest bottlers for COCA-COLA in Indian.

• In the Year 1998, the group diversified in the Oil and exploration service activities through its another flagship company M/s HAL Offshore Limited wherein it provided offshore services and through sheer professionalism and hard work has become a player of international prominence in the Oil and Gas industry.

• In the year 2006, the group set up its integrated Steel Plant in Jharsigoda (Orissa) with a capacity of 1,10,000 TRA along with a Power plant of 12MW and Steel Melt Shop. This Plant was set up at a total cost of 175 Crores and has been running successfully since then.

• In the year 2006, the group set up its first Educational Institution “Ishwar Chand Vidya Sagar Institute of Engineering and Technology” in Mathura spread over 25 acres and providing various Engineering and Management courses. The institute is recognized by AICTE and the UPTU and on attainment of full course shall have strength of 3000 students with complete lodging boarding and entertainment facilities.

• In the year 2007, the group has acquired a Hotels spread in the NCR as it visualizes that the Hospitality industry shall be the business of the future.

• In the year 2007, the group has also successfully completed the acquisition of vessel “HAL ANANT “ (a multi supply vessel) for an estimated price of INR 200 Crores for deployment in the Oil and Gas exploration activities.
