Established in 1970 the firm is mainly manufacturing Comouflag Net System like Multi Spectral personal Comouflag Equipment (MSPCE), and is also engaged in manufacturing and supply of Defense & Health Stores items.

The Firm has a considerable goodwill and track record of zero Default in its tender supplies over the last 40 year. The firm developed, manufactured and supplied IR Camouflage Nets to Indian air force since 1989 to 1996

The state of the art Research & development set up has enables the firm to develop technical stores at competitive price for  the defence supplies. The state of the art plants of the firm are located in Sahibabad, Dehradun etc.

There were only two indigenous companies who had developed this item for Indian Air Force, the another company having closed don this business subsequently at suppliers of this items.
